Photo of the day: Paper plane toss for good

Every day, we publish a photo to show the Red Cross at work across the country or around the world. Do you have a photo to share? Let us know!

Paper plane toss in PEI

The Canadian Red Cross in Prince Edward Island teamed up with local Holland College and UPEI hoopsters for an entertaining fundraiser called Hoops for Hope last weekend. In exchange for a donation, spectators at the game were given sheets of red paper to fold into paper planes. Participants lined up on the far side of the court and showed off their skills while attempting to throw their paper plane all the way to centre court. Congratulations go out to Vernon (far left) for the winning toss!
