Photo of the Day: Delivering help after Superstorm Sandy

SunRype delivers juice to American Red Cross

One month after Sandy, the U.S. East coast is slowly getting back on its feet. This week, the American Red Cross shared this update on their efforts so far.

We've mentioned how Canadian and Mexican Red Cross volunteers were deployed to ;work alongside their American counterparts. As we can see in this photo, Canadian juice company SunRype, based in the Okanagan, also delivered some help with over 10,000 juices and fruit snacks donated to the American Red Cross with support from Myers Transportation.

There is still a lot of work to be done, but thanks to volunteers and donations the recovery process is underway.
