Tropical storm Leslie is barreling toward Newfoundland and could pick up steam and regain hurricane status before it’s expected to make landfall tomorrow morning. Canadian Red Cross volunteers and staff across Newfoundland are preparing, as have many residents of Atlantic Canada.
