Canadian Red Cross is assisting affected families and appealing for donations after another weekend of ravaging storms dumped as much as 100 mm of rain in some parts Manitoba, and left people with the arduous task of cleaning up --some for a second or third time. For many, this will mean facing both personal and financial hardship. The Canadian Red Cross is assisting people from Alberta to Manitoba meet their basic needs during this season of relentless storms.
