New RespectED session designed to increase respect in the workplace.
The focus of With Respect - The Power of a Respectful Workplace is to inform participants (such as your employees) how to develop and maintain a respectful workplace. Content will include discussion of the five categories of workplace behaviour: Acceptable social and professional conduct; Normal conflict; Bullying and personal harassment; Illegal discrimination and harassment (i.e. prohibited grounds harassment); Inappropriate or unprofessional conduct.
