Kimberley Nemrava

Vice President for British Columbia & Yukon

Kimberley Nemrava is the Canadian Red Cross Vice President for British Columbia & Yukon. Originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, she first came west as part of the inaugural class at Lester B. Pearson College of the Pacific. She went on to be the first female to work on a Canadian Coast Guard search and rescue unit. With this background in water safety, first aid and lifesaving, Kimberley joined the Red Cross more than 25 years ago and has held positions in First Aid, Water Safety, Communications and Management.

Kimberley is a graduate of the University of Victoria (B.Sc. Biology) and Royal Roads University (MA Leadership and Training). In her spare time, she visits hospitals, care homes and schools with her therapy dog, Sophie, through the Pacific Animal Therapy Society. She is passionate about working with people to help others.
